Nishimura & Asahi advised Sompo Holdings, Inc. [TSE: 8630], an insurance holding company, on the transfer of all shares in its subsidiary, Freshhouse Co., Ltd., a home renovator, to Arc Home Co., Ltd., a home construction and renovation company, and subsidiary of Arclands Corporation [TSE: 9842].
