Nguyen Ngoc Phuc has accumulated decades of experience practicing law in Vietnam, including founding and successfully leading his own practice for nearly 10 years, as well as holding partner positions at two prestigious multinational law firms for nearly eight years. He has a wealth of experience advising both local and international clients on high-value real estate transactions, complex mergers and acquisitions, strategic corporate matters, and sophisticated financial deals.

Before joining Nishimura and Asahi, Phuc founded and successfully led his own practice for nearly 10 years and also held senior roles at prestigious multinational law firms.
